IF THERE IS NO JUSTICE, THERE IS NO PEACE!

A painful century is born. The establishments and institutions of the past century constantly try to focus on the best way to serve the system. Both camps of the system- the governors and the repressed masses- are trying to comprehend the nature of the new conflicts and to get ready. The 21st century will be the century of revolts against the system, which is organized despite all its internal conflicts and has the special characteristic of strengthening its organization. The states, that are the prefects of the world empire try to predict the forms of the revolt and take their measures. In this way, they try to change the structure of the conflicts using technological control that reminds us films of science fiction. Inside the laboratories of the capitalist market, the street-cameras appear, which aim furthermore against the masses that are not in action , tanks, which are constructed against mass activities, helicopters, which are destinated specifically for the guerrillas. The budgets of the Governmental and Non Governmental Organizations (N.G.O) exist in order to prevent the beginning of a dangerous opposition. The wise misinformed masses play this role. The present political system with its mechanisms of the strategic of the low heat conflict (L.H.C), does not even feel the need of democratical represantantions. So, in this way, the System’s war is continued everywhere and always. Occasionally, as in Iraq, Kosovo, Afghanistan they are taking off the masks and the war is evident. Other times, as in Nigeria, in Congo the war is concealed, taking the form of slaughter. The majority of the poor of the world however, is compelled in a war that cannot be compared even with death because of the work terrorism in their every day life. The big majority of the humanity, that is underestimated and oppressed by all kinds of dominating forms, is changing in live-dead by this system which is adversely to the human dignity and logic.

The warriors of freedom and equality, the rebellions, in this new period haven’t found yet their ‘speaking-language’ against the dominating and all over the world power that continues this wayto exist.
The experience of authoritarian socialism taught everyone a lesson. The war that will be realized will not be lost in the same marsh.
Anarchism, simultaneously with the fall of the dominating systems, is prepared to undertake its new role in history, to become the maternal language of revolt.

The anarchists, in order to undertake this role, must confront a lot of obstacles; they mustbe taught many lessons. That is because the world does not wait for them with open arms. Because in this world there is a place called Guantanamo…
The oppressed could be scattered, behind the light of hope, in every place till the end of history. The anarchists will come face to face with certain accounts that should be paid off with gravity and bravery. Some of them began with the appearance of Anarchism, but some others are still at their beginning. And we need a reference point for the beginning of our discussions. We have to notice the kind of Anarchism about which we are speaking.
We refer to the kind of anarchism that is expressed briefly in the words of Ursula: the anarchism that says: ‘we will not be free, one by one, we are prisoners’. We refer to the freedom that is realised trough equality. Anarchism should show gravity and bravery in regard to the question of international organisation, in which it is left behind in comparison to the others, to the question of the method of fighting, which is a point to prove its ability to face the difficulties of the social war, and to the system of western culture inside which, this kind of anarchism is systemised as well. The present work intends to extend our horizon and develop new experiences in the reported levels.

In our world two camps still exist; from the one side, there is the West, where the colonialist wealth is assembled and from the other side, the East that has been exploited from the colonialism. Even if the new-liberalism, tries to create a “united” world by corroding the borders between these two camps, however the difference between these two worlds through the war of survival, remains still. The colonialists capitalists that drowned the world in blood have to ensure the peace in their houses. Precisely for this, they do not tighten the rope around the workers of the West, like they did to those from the East.

Anarchism, in these conditions has not yet been born in the East, which is a shocking reality. That is to say, we saw anarchism only in a limited application troughout history and not in the whole world. Of course, we’ve met certain people who belong to the ideology of Hinduism, Buddhism and Taoism who were also reported to anarchism. These people, of course, having their touristic double-face, seem quiet, with no feeling of responsibility as far as the social problems of the East are concerned. On the other hand, anarchism with its classic trunke took part in the system of the western culture. All of us have heard about the Anabaptist Goodwin but no one about dervish Bedrettin. Even if it has been developed a thoughtful antjpolitismic system, the anarchists haven’t still discovered the Eastern anarchism, the anarchism that lies within Hinduism, Taoism, Islam. And naturally, this discovery will not be possible by the archaelogists or anthropologists, but it will be possible when anarchism becomes a movement in the East. This discovery can be made through social war.

As far as the method of fighting is concerned, the most important subjects that occupy particularly the anarchists, are the elements that we already mentioned for L.H.C and the creation of a tolerant opposition.

The political system, in order to vacate the strained social electricity, defines a field. In this precise field lies the Opposition, inside the system, serving it. And every kind of stabilised fighting way in this particular ringer will lose its meaning. Which is the meaning of one million people in London against the war in Iraq? One million of people who are polite as far as the borders that the police had engraved are concerned, that means the laws, and who only demonstrated against the governmental policy. The march of one million people in a country such as England did not change anything. Not only it did not change the government, it did not even bring a small change in the policy against which the people protested. Tony Blair, by using his fairy tale about “arms of mass extermination” continued the policy that bombed the Market in Iraq.

The Law is a border where the politics and the opposition stop and the revolt begins.

Let’s put aside all the "scientific" and "non scientific" affairs about the realisation of the revolution. We do not need prophecies. What we must refer to, should be the theory of action. The action whose subjects are we, the action that we can plan, which means the revolt. In this way, we could save the anarchism that seams to be a label on us. In this condition the revolt is not only rhetorical, but it also has a meaning. It is not only a connected culture, but also a realisation that has space-time dimensions (like the barricades and the arts of fire) and remains stubborn against the modernists /postmodernists. The barricades and the revolt are really a mirror. The mirror, which reflects the people that are found behind him, also reflects the force of the united people that have destroyed the significance of the state in their heads. The destruction of the state in our heads comes at the same time with the destruction of state in the streets.
As we mentioned before, the other important subject is the one of an international organisation. One of the important objectives of the site is to increase communication between the languages that it will emit. If possible, to star for the creation of a network that will include the individuals and the groups of the relative countries.
We also wish to add the following to the image that we tried to compose: maintaining the autonomy in each level, as far as possible, the reasoning of work, experiences and possibilities. Such type of unit or coiling and such attempts of collaboration, are usually confronted with the bias of the creation of power.
But this bias is actually against anarchism. If anarchism, based on freedom, confidence and eagerness, by abolishing the foundations and the institutions that create the inequality between the people, becomes again a shoot of human relations, we will try to live it, in each level of our life. We do not need the anarchism that will give the satisfaction of an identity in closed teams and not the construction of resistant positions against the system. At the same time, we have the need to build a line of support with the non - anarchic forces that are against system.

We have a long way. Let’s take a deep breath!

IF THERE IS NO JUSTICE, THERE IS NO PEACE!
